Since 2010, I’ve been helping women break free from anxiety, disordered eating, and body image struggles so they can stop overthinking and start living. As a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand the pressure to have it all together. My approach blends professional expertise with real-life relatability, so therapy feels genuine, supportive, and actually helpful.

I work with women, men, young adults, and professionals who are ready to quiet the negative self-talk, heal their relationship with food and their bodies, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a personalized, down-to-earth space where you can unpack what’s holding you back and build a life that feels good.

If you're ready to ditch the pressure and embrace self-compassion, let’s talk. Your healing starts here.
